Grill is made from food grade stainless steel and will last for years without the need for maintenance besides simple cleaning. Exposure to environments of high humidity, harsh sun, and oxygen will cause stainless steel to show minor signs of rusting. When not used regularly, store in a dry environment away from harsh sun. To clean, use stainless steel cleaner with a non-scratch sponge. Dishwasher safe. Store in a dry environment when not in use. Keep away from rain and direct water.
